This policy describes how Nordpulsex AB (company reg. no. 559428-3827) processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and complementary Swedish law.
1. Data controller
Nordpulsex AB, Kungsbroplan 3, 112 27 Stockholm, is the data controller for the processing of personal data on the website nordpulsex.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect your name, email address and technical data (IP address, browser type, session data) when you subscribe to the newsletter or interact with the site.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to deliver the newsletter, improve our services and meet legal obligations. Legal bases are your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention
We keep your data for as long as you are a subscriber and for a maximum of 24 months after unsubscription, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object to processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se.
6. Transfers and security
Data is stored within the EU/EEA with certified providers and protected with encryption at rest and in transit. Transfers outside the EU/EEA only happen with an adequate level of protection.
